FAQS

Here are answers to some common questions. 

  • Can we choose the different colours?

    In short yes, before we start painting any canvas we will make contact with a customer shortly after an order has been placed. 


    We will confirm the name of the person that is going on the canvas, and talk through any preferred colours.


    We will do our best to accommodate specific colour requests.

  • How long will it take to arrive?

    Once you have paid for the canvas, and we have found out the name and colours.


    We aim to get canvases delivered to customers within 7 working days. 

  • What is your return policy?

    Regrettably, no refunds or returns will be issued once a canvas has been created. 


    This is because each canvas is custom made for customers, i.e. a specific name and certain preferred colours.



  • How is it delivered?

    We use the courier business Hermes to deliver the canvases.


    Due to the current Coronavirus, they are using a no-contact delivery service to customers.


    Which means according to their website, customers aren't expected to sign for the parcel this will be carried out by the courier on a customers behalf. They are also expected to place the parcel on your door and stand a safe distance back from your door as they wait for a customer to open the door.

  • Can I see a proof before you create the canvas?

    No, we don't send proof out before creating the canvas. The reason for this is to speed up the process and also to keep the canvases at the price mark of £65. Adding a proofing stage increases the amount of time involved in creating the canvas and would therefore increase also the cost. We will send you a photo of the background of the canvas, and a pencil sketch of the letters, prior to painting the canvas. 


    We will also send a photo once the canvas is finished, so you know what to expect. If there are any minor tweaks that we can accommodate at this point, then we will make them if we can.

  • Do you paint other canvas sizes, and more detail?

    Yes, we paint a wide range of canvases sizes. We are happy to paint cartoons, names, pictures, detailed themes.

We offer 100cm x 50cm high canvases.


In addition to a  name will be in colour and have some surrounding images to fit in with interests or hobbies.
