If you are planning a stag do in Bristol or the surrounding areas, a graffiti party can be a great way for your group of hen or stags to embrace their creative side and also Bristol is well renowned across the country for its high levels of good quality Graffiti across the city.
(We are happy to travel to other parts of the UK for Stag and Hen graffiti parties, travel outside of the Bristol & Bath area will be calculated on your quotation.)
Not only is a graffiti party a fun and relaxing activity where you can chill and get create with some spray paint, a professional graffiti artist is always on hand to help tidy up your work, finish it off for you etc.
You get to keep any of the artwork produced to take home to loved ones, kids or keep for yourself.

Most hen and stag parties tend to involve at least 1.5 hours of spray-painting time, and upto another 1.5 hours of canvas painting with paint pens. (Canvases are included in the total price)

A professionally produced A2 sized bespoke graffiti name canvas will be painted to give to the hen or stag on the day, or sent in advance if preferred.

Below our the typical prices charged for travelling out to a venue within a 15 mile radius of Bristol. We are only too happy to go further a field to hold a party. If the party is taking place outside of this area, please let us know and we will be able to adjust the price accordingly on your quotation for the party. Please note the below prices exclude venue hire, an option of venue hire details is a additional cost at the bottom part of this page.

The Typical Process and frequently asked questions
Once you have accepted the quote for the number of hens and stages, date, time and venue etc for the party.
You pay a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the party at least 30 days prior to the party date or sooner if the party is booked with in a shorter time frame than 30 days.
The remained of the party is paid on the day after its sucessful completition. If you are hiring a venue this is paid directly to the venue itself. You pay the remainder of the bill on the day with the artist running the party, we accept either cash or card payments.
The day of Hen or Stag do.
We typically like to arrive at least an hour prior to the party starting to allow enough time to set up, have a chat to you about your any specific party plans you may have i.e. when you plan to break for food etc
Safety and protective clothing
We provide all of the necessary protective clothing for the duration of the party.
Disposable overall protective suit, face masks, gloves, eye goggles, plastic shoe protectors and disposable gloves.
What if it rains?
If after checking the weather forecast in the run up to the party it looks like rain, then we will bring with us some pop up gazebos to provide some shelter and we can continue painting underneath. Please note the gazebos are not designed to with stand extreme weather conditions such as storms, gales etc.
In the instance of heavy rain or extreme weather warnings, then Graffarty and the customer will look at another date or time when the weather has improved if this is possible.
Do the you get to keep the artwork?
Yes you do, everyone has the option to take away the graffiti boards that they have created during the party. Everyone leaves with at least one professionally finished board.
Typical painting of the boards
We would normally sketch out a name, initials then the hen and stag attendees colour the letter and background in with a wide variety of colours. A professional graffiti artist would then finish off the artwork afterwards in terms of outline the letter, putting white highlights and sparkles etc.
If you don't have a venue lined up, or a garden to hold the party.
If you don't have a venue or place to hold the party we would recommend using the 6388 Scout Hut in Bishopston. It's a great venue and has recently been built and is hired out for very reasonable rates. Please see the below slider of photos of the Scout Hut.
If you choose to hire the venue its £20 per hour, most people hiring it do so for 4 hours to allow time to set up and pack away. Please note that we will put you in touch with the Scout hut where you can book directly. Please note the hut is very popular with the local community, so a result it gets booked very quickly.
Please note that the venue isn't available to book on a Sunday. Only Monday to Saturday.
